There's an hour between the end of your day and the moment you fall asleep. For most people that's a gap: a bit more scrolling, another glass of wine, checking your email one more time. Vesper gives that hour a shape. Not because it solves anything — but because a fixed moment is more pleasant than no moment at all.

Open the sachet

Tear open one sachet and pour the powder into a glass.

Add water

Top up with about 250 to 300 ml of water — cold or warm, whichever you prefer in the evening.

Stir and drink

Stir until the powder has dissolved and drink the glass about 30 to 60 minutes before you go to sleep. One glass per evening, at a fixed moment — that's how it naturally becomes part of your evening ritual.

What exactly is in Vesper?

Five ingredients: magnesium (250 mg, bisglycinate), L-theanine (200 mg, from green tea), vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), vitamin B12 (25 mcg), and vitamin D3 (15 mcg). No extra fillers or extract blends — see the overview above.

Why a drink powder and not capsules?

Making a glass is an action, not just a swallowing motion. That makes it easier to turn into a fixed evening moment — the ritual matters just as much as what's in it.
